Oracle Fusion HCM Admin/Security Responsibilities
- User account administration and access management
- Role creation, role mapping, and security provisioning
- Managing data roles, abstract roles, and job roles
- Security profile configuration (Person, Department, Position, LDG, etc.)
- Expertise in HCM data security and role hierarchy management
- SSO/IDCS/Entra ID integration support and troubleshooting
- Approval workflow and BPM security support
- Audit and compliance-related access reviews
- Environment refresh and security validation activities
- Support for Redwood/VBCS access and role troubleshooting
- Managing segregation of duties (SoD) and least-privilege access
- Production support and incident troubleshooting for HCM security issues
- Quarterly patch validation related to roles/security changes
- Migration and validation of security changes across environments
- Reporting and analysis related to user access and security setup
- Coordination with Oracle Support for HCM security and access-related SRs
- Support for integrations related to HCM/OIC/IDCS security configurations
