IN-Senior Associate-SAP Security Lead -FS - Cyber Risk and Regulations -Advisory-Bangalore

• Develop, define, and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP security, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching cybersecurity objectives and business priorities. 

• Provide expert consultation to executive management and key stakeholders on SAP security risks, vulnerabilities, and the implementation of robust controls. 

• Lead a team of SAP security professionals, providing mentorship, performance management, and career development to cultivate a center of excellence. 

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, security policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the SAP environment. 

• Manage relationships with external audit firms, third-party vendors, and security partners. 

• Architect, design, and implement best-practice SAP authorization concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), and enforce the principle of least privilege. 

• Manage and optimize the SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution, with a particular focus on Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules to prevent and detect segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts. 

• Lead vulnerability management efforts, including the timely application of SAP Security Notes, system hardening, and secure configuration management. 

• Oversee the integration of SAP security with enterprise-level security platforms, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions, for real-time threat detection and incident response. 

• Collaborate closely with SAP Basis, functional, and development teams to embed security throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC) for both custom and standard applications. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP's core modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, HCM, Fiori, BTP) and their respective security models. 

• Hands-on expertise in the implementation and administration of SAP GRC Access Control. 

• Proficiency in securing cloud-based SAP environments on hyperscalers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. 

• Working knowledge of secure ABAP programming and the use of static code analysis tools. 

• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) as they relate to SAP. 

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAP S/4HANA Security are highly desirable. 

• Preferred grade: Director/Senior Manager/Senior Associate 

• Relevant experience range: 5-12 years
