Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. This position also involves monitoring and managing testing activities by defining key performance indicators, ensuring thorough test execution, and facilitating timely defect resolution to support continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across the application lifecycle.
- Ability to define and track key metrics for test execution and defect management.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and integrating ecosystem components to accelerate delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
