Job Description
AbheePay is hiring an experienced Sales Manager – QR & Sound Box to drive merchant acquisition and expand our digital payment solutions across the market. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with a strong background in fintech and a proven track record in QR and Sound Box sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of AbheePay QR and Sound Box solutions.
- Acquire and onboard new merchants across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure merchant activation and regular engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in QR and Sound Box sales.
- Strong knowledge of merchant acquisition and onboarding.
- Experience in the fintech, digital payments, banking, or payment solutions industry.
- Good understanding of UPI, QR, Sound Box, and related payment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Preferred CandidatesCandidates with prior experience in Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, MSwipe, Spice Money, Mobikwik, or other fintech/payment companies will be preferred.
