Job Description – Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)Position: Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, civil, and other utility systems within the residential society to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance complaints.
• Perform preventive maintenance of common area equipment and utilities.
• Monitor and maintain pumps, DG sets, lighting, water systems, and fire safety equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors during servicing and repairs.
• Ensure timely resolution of resident complaints.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility management, residential societies, or commercial buildings.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Working Hours: As per shift schedule, including emergency breakdown support when required.
