We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in OmniStudio / Vlocity, Salesforce platform architecture, integration design, and enterprise solutioning. The candidate should have 10–12 years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong experience in architecting scalable Salesforce solutions across complex business environments.
This role requires strong hands-on technical depth in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and platform governance, along with the ability to drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and work directly with business and client stakeholders.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform leveraging OmniStudio / Vlocity components.

• Define technical architecture for OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Calculation Procedures.

• Convert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical designs.

• Drive architecture decisions covering application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.

• Create Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, and technical specifications.

• Ensure architecture aligns with Salesforce platform limits, best practices, and enterprise governance standards.

Salesforce & OmniStudio Development Oversight

• Provide technical leadership for configuration and development across:

  • Omni Script

  • Integration Procedures

  • DataRaptors (Turbo, Extract, Load, Transform)

  • FlexCards

  • Calculation Procedures / Matrices

  • Products Config & Loading

  • LWC

  • Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables

  • Flows / Process Automation

• Define reusable component strategy and modular architecture for OmniStudio implementations.

• Review code and design for performance, reusability, maintainability, and security compliance.

• Guide teams on proper use of declarative vs programmatic solutions.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Design integrations between Salesforce and external applications using:

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP APIs

  • Platform Events

  • Change Data Capture

  • Middleware tools such as MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica (preferred)

• Define integration patterns for synchronous and asynchronous communication.

• Design robust error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring frameworks.

• Architect data migration and data synchronization strategies across multiple systems.

• Ensure data integrity, transformation logic, and optimized performance in data-heavy processes.

Delivery & Technical Leadership

• Lead technical discussions during requirements, design, sprint planning, development, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.

• Provide effort estimation and technical risk assessment for new initiatives.

• Support release planning, environment strategy, and deployment architecture.

• Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, project managers, and client stakeholders for successful delivery.

Core Salesforce Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing model, security model, and platform limits

OmniStudio / Vlocity Skills

• Deep expertise in:

  • OmniScript design and scripting

  • Integration Procedures

  • DataRaptors

  • FlexCards

  • OmniStudio Designer

  • Expression Sets / Calculation Procedures

• Experience in building highly interactive guided processes using OmniScripts

• Strong understanding of reusable architecture using OmniStudio components

• Knowledge of OmniStudio deployment and packaging methodology

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

• Strong API and integration architecture knowledge

• Experience with:

  • REST / SOAP services

  • JSON / XML

  • Named Credentials

  • External Services

  • Middleware platforms

• Experience in enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and external system orchestration

DevOps & Release Management

• Experience with:

  • Git / GitHub / Bitbucket

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Copado / Gearset / Jenkins / Azure DevOps (preferred)

  • Salesforce DX

  • Change Sets / Metadata API

• Understanding of branching strategy, release governance, and multi-environment deployment planning

Documentation & Tools

• Experience in preparing:

  • Solution Design Document (SDD)

  • Integration Specifications

  • Architecture Diagrams

  • Deployment Runbooks

• Familiarity with tools such as:

  • Jira

  • Confluence

  • Lucidchart

  • Postman

  • VS Code / IntelliJ

  • Workbench / Developer Console

Required Experience

• 10–14 years of total Salesforce experience

• 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio / Vlocity experience

• Proven experience working as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations

• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce transformation program

• Strong exposure to architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Certification: Salesforce application architect
