About the RoleDCB Bank is hiring experienced banking professionals for the position of Relationship Manager (CASA) in the Retail Branch Banking division. The role focuses on acquiring new Current Account and Savings Account customers, managing customer relationships, and driving liability business growth for the bank.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCASA AcquisitionSource and acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers.
• Generate business through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets.
• Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer banking requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention.
• Cross-SellingPromote banking products including:
• Fixed Deposits (FD)
• Recurring Deposits (RD)
• Insurance Products
• Investment Products
• Digital Banking Services
• Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities in the local market.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Develop relationships with business owners, traders, professionals, and corporate clients.
• Compliance & DocumentationEnsure proper KYC and account-opening documentation.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria✅ Graduation Mandatory

✅ Minimum 1 Year of Experience in CASA Sales

✅ Experience in Retail Banking, Branch Banking, Liability Sales, or BFSI Sector

✅ Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills

✅ Sales-Oriented and Target-Driven Mindset

✅ Local Market Knowledge Preferred
