Business Development Relationship Manager-Housing Finance-Sales
As a Business Development Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our housing finance business. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Housing Finance-Sales department. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process for our clients.
- Identify and target potential clients in the housing sector, including developers, builders, and individual homebuyers.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our housing finance products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both parties.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, client feedback, and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the housing finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance products, including mortgages, home loans, and related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business development purposes as needed.
