Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives by applying suitable methodologies and working closely with project sponsors to ensure clear understanding and control of project scope and associated risks. The role requires steering the project towards successful completion by maintaining high standards of service quality and managing costs effectively. Additionally, the position involves fostering ongoing business growth by supporting sales efforts through the introduction of innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in delivery. Collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices for connecting diverse systems within enterprise environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of .NET applications to meet business needs.
- Capability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture decisions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
