Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Solar Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Industrial, Commercial, and Residential solar sectors.
2. Conduct regular site visits to assess customer requirements and project feasibility.
3. Meet prospective customers and deliver product presentations.
4. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for system design and project execution. Follow up with customers until project closure.
5. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, channel partners, and business associates.
6. Maintain daily reports, expense sheets, and CRM records.
7. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
9. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Minimum 10 site visits per month after privation period get Handsome incentive.
2. Timely submission of daily activity and expense reports.
3. Achievement of monthly sales targets.
4. High customer satisfaction and successful project closures.
Salary & Benefits
1. CTC: ₹20,000 per month. Probation Period: First 3 months.
2. After successful completion of probation, Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives as per company norms.
3. Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3/km for official site visits.
4. Performance-based incentives on Residential and Commercial Solar Projects as per company policy. Career growth opportunities based on performance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline (preferred, diploma in Electric Engineering/ B.teh)
2. Experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Solar Industry is an advantage.
3. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
Required Skills
1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
2. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
3. Customer-focused approach.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).
5. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
