Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and business projects while ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and governance activities.
• Manage resource planning and allocation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 8+ yrs of experience in Project Management
