Commercial Domain Expertise Act as the primary SME for sales marketing Incentive Compensation IC patient data Longitudinal Access and Adjudication Data LAAD and claims management
Strategy Operations Define commercial capabilities roadmaps omnichannel marketing customer journeys CRMenabled HCP engagement and campaign analytics
Compliance Governance Ensure all commercial activities and data usage comply with FDA PDMA OIG Sunshine Act HIPAA and GDPR regulations
Technofunctional Leadership Act as a bridge between commercial stakeholders and technology delivery teams IT leading solution design data analysis and BI reporting tools
Insight Generation Analyze market trends competitive intelligence and promotional ROI to guide product launch strategy sales force sizing and forecasting
Essential Skills Qualifications
Experience Significant experience in pharma commercial operations sales force effectiveness or commercial analytics eg Axtria
Knowledge Deep understanding of CRM systems eg Veeva digital marketing and data modeling
Competencies Executivelevel communication strategic thinking team leadership and mentorship
Technical Proficiency in SQL BI reporting tools and AIpowered analytics platforms
