Job Description Summary:Are you a hungry sales professional who is tired of cold-calling random, junk leads? Do you want to sell high-value premium properties to IT professionals and corporate employees in Bangalore's biggest tech parks?
At BLR Realty, we don't do traditional broker-style spamming. We use advanced AI and data-driven marketing to put hyper-qualified, premium buyers right into your hands. Your only job is to build a relationship, consult them using our data frameworks, manage site visits, and close deals. If you have the drive, our progressive incentive slabs are designed to scale your monthly take-home income past ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ very quickly.
- What You Will Do Daily (Your Responsibilities):Consult, Don't Pitch: Connect with high-intent corporate and tech professionals who have already interacted with our real estate tools and digital platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Shortlist premium real estate inventories tailored exactly to the client’s profile using our internal LeadsChilly CRM system.
- On-Field Execution: Coordinate, schedule, and lead high-touch premium site visits with clients across primary tech corridors.
- Relationship Closing: Follow up proactively with clients and developer channel teams to drive booking forms across the finish line.
- What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: 1–3 years of core sales experience (Real Estate, High-Ticket Insurance, Premium Credit Cards, B2B Sales, or EdTech inside/outside sales). Fast learners with exceptional communication are welcome!
- Communication: Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is a huge bonus).
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for smooth on-field movement and client site coordination.
- Mindset: Highly competitive, numbers-driven, and someone who hates just surviving on a basic salary and wants to smash incentives.
