Job Description
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Own bike for local commuting (within 10 km radius).
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax, and banking transactions.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger management, and finalizing accounts.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, cost control, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reports, etc.)
• Familiarity with audit processes and statutory compliance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies. Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining financial records on Tally Prime.
• Handling GST and TDS compliance.
• Executing banking transactions.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
• Assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks.
