Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to support evolving project needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in quality engineering to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
