Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting company services, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and present the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and local businesses.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, sales activities, and business opportunities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads.
