Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers.
Generate qualified leads and site visits for plotted development projects.
Build relationships with investors, second-home buyers, and HNIs.
Drive bookings through the sourcing channel.
Organize CP meets, networking events, and market activation initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
2-4 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales.
Strong broker/channel partner network across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Alibaug.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven professional with a proven track record in sourcing and business generation.
