Urgently Hiring for B2B sales


Key Responsibilities:


Manage relationships with existing B2B clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.


Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.


Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.


Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding service requirements and renewals.


Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.


Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.


Prepare customer reports and provide regular updates to management.
