- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to optimize software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce platform performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
