The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
