Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced)
Location: Work From Home / Office (Hybrid Available)
Experience Required: 1 YEAR – 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
- Required SkillsMinimum 6 months of Telecalling/Telesales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection (for Work From Home).
- Good quality headset with microphone.
- Quiet working environment.
