Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where your primary focus will be on resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components. Your typical day will involve ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. You will also collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and enhanced service delivery.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and applications to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must to have skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Technology, End User & Data center IT Asset Management, Desktop Transformation.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- good knowledge over Linux environment, Redhat, Ubuntu and SUSE Linux
- working on Linux OS upgrade, Patching and troubleshooting.
- working on Vulnerability remediations on Linux OS.
- Knowledge on Windows Servers OS and Hyper-V environment
- knowledge on cloud environments like Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, and container technologies
- Business application support


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
