Relationship Manager - Retail

Sales and Target Achievement
    • Volume targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan sanction and disbursement quotas.
    • Portfolio growth: Acquire new home loan customers to expand the local market share.
    • Cross-selling: Promote related financial products like insurance or credit cards alongside home loans. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Lead Generation and Sourcing
    • Market sourcing: Generate fresh leads via cold calling, field visits, and open market campaigns.
    • Channel partners: Build and maintain strong ties with real estate builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
    • Referrals: Secure repeat business and customer referrals through relationship management. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Loan Processing and Compliance
    • Initial screening: Conduct basic KYC checks, assess customer eligibility, and perform initial document verification.
    • Coordination: Work closely with credit, risk, and underwriting teams to fast-track loan approvals and disbursements.
    • Compliance: Follow all internal lending policies, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations
