What would you do? We are seeking a Specialized Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and hands-on infrastructure project scheduling experience to support Scheduling Operations Services for hyperscale data centre infrastructure programs. This role will focus on Primavera P6-based schedule development, maintenance, and execution across multiple infrastructure projects. Working closely with Scheduling Leads and global delivery teams, the Specialized Scheduler will ensure accurate schedule updates, timely reporting, and efficient execution of scheduling operations while maintaining high standards of schedule quality and data integrity. Given the operational nature of the role, deep hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling, activity sequencing, schedule maintenance, and reporting is essential. Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections).
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. 7–11 years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience within infrastructure or capital projects. Strong working expertise in Primavera P6 schedule development, updates, and reporting. •Experience supporting scheduling activities for civil, electrical, or mechanical infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of project lifecycle stages including planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning. Exposure to hyperscale or large-scale data centre infrastructure programs. Experience working in scheduling operations, PMO, or project controls environments. Knowledge of scheduling best practices and schedule analytics. PMP / PMI-SP / Primavera certification preferred •Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling execution Infrastructure project scheduling knowledge Strong operational discipline and schedule accuracy Analytical reporting and schedule tracking capability Multi-project coordination capability Process adherence and continuous improvement mindset
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Scheduling Operations Execution Provide hands-on scheduling operations support across multiple infrastructure projects using Primavera P6. Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6. Perform routine schedule updates, progress validation, and schedule maintenance cycles. Ensure schedule data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to established scheduling standards. Primavera P6 Schedule Development & Maintenance Assist in building and maintaining Primavera P6 integrated project schedules and WBS structures. Maintain activity sequencing, schedule baselines, and revisions within Primavera. Track and update critical path activities and milestone schedules. Ensure version control and schedule documentation within Primavera systems. Schedule Analytics & Reporting Perform schedule health checks and schedule performance tracking. Generate Primavera-based schedule reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking outputs. Support schedule variance analysis and milestone monitoring. Impact Analysis & Planning Support Assist Leads in conducting time impact assessments and schedule adjustments due to design, operational, or supply chain changes. Support scenario modelling and schedule optimization exercises. Provide schedule inputs for feasibility and planning activities. Global Delivery Collaboration Work closely with Scheduling Leads and global project teams across multiple time zones. Support preparation of schedule reports and delivery artifacts for program stakeholders. Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of scheduling practices.
