Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves carefully examining current workflows to uncover areas that can be enhanced for better efficiency. This role requires working closely with various business users to gather detailed insights and define clear product requirements and use cases. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on developing and refining processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Additionally, continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms are designed and implemented to support ongoing improvements, fostering a dynamic environment where processes evolve to meet changing needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
i. Engage with your target stakeholders – build rapport and trust as you prepare them for the upcoming change
ii. Primary go-to-person for your target stakeholders with the goal to make the change frictionless for them – be their liaison with other subject matter experts / leaders / other teams across the program
iii. Manage the change working closely with your target stakeholders – enabling & guiding them, managing the risks, helping resolve issues, and holding them accountable for their assigned tasks
iv. Key responsibilities include:
1. Enable users with the understanding of the relevant tools and processes
2. Assist users in timely completion of the required change management tasks
3. Review and ensure accuracy and quality of the change tasks
4. Triage process and/or system issues and seek additional help promptly
5. Monitor & report the health of the change and escalate when needed
6. Analyze repeat questions, issues, learnings, and suggest best practices
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes, knowledge & tools

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Must have:
1. Hospitality skills – Hands on / process / functional knowledge by virtue of either having worked at a hotel / hospitality / aviation / travel company or worked on a project in any of such industry sub-segments – Minimum 2 years
2. Collaboration skills – Excellent project management & coordination skills – demonstrated experience working directly with external & internal global stakeholders
3. Communication skills – Excellent spoken & written proficiency in English language – demonstrated experience working directly with external & internal global stakeholders
2. Nice to have:
1. Experience with any application transformation project as a business analyst / developer / tester / any role
3. Should have (any one):
1. Data skills – hands-on experience working on any data skill in migration / transformation related project – Minimum 2 years
2. Analysis / Functional skills – relevant, strong, direct working experience with clients as a functional consultant / business analyst / systems analyst – Minimum 2 years
3. Change management – experience of directly managing / being deeply engaged in any major business transformation program – Minimum 2 years
