Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by carefully executing manual tests aligned with defined requirements, user stories, and expected behaviors. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any defects encountered, and working closely with delivery teams to support the release of reliable and user-ready products. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards throughout the testing process and contributing to the overall success of the project by ensuring that the final deliverables meet the expected quality benchmarks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, defects, and test results to support transparency and traceability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing processes and enhance overall product quality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Automation Strategy.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on detailed requirements and user stories.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using appropriate tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess test results and provide meaningful feedback to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools to support quality assurance efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
