Telesales Executive (Tamil & Telugu)

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives who are fluent in Tamil and Telugu to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convince customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain products/services and generate sales.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• EligibilityAny Degree / Diploma / HSC.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is mandatory.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
