Job Description

Tele-Calling & Reminders: Make inbound and outbound calls to remind clients of pending installments, outstanding dues, and due dates.

Field Visits: Travel to customer locations (residences or businesses) to negotiate payment terms and collect cash or digital payments.

Negotiation: Work with customers to resolve billing disputes and set up feasible, compliant repayment schedules.

Documentation & Reporting: Issue receipts for payments collected, maintain accurate daily MIS reports, and update account statuses in the company database.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to company policies, ethical collection guidelines, and legal regulations regarding debt recovery. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
