- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline cloud operations and software delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
