Job Description

Telecalling Executive (Female)We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecalling Executive to manage and follow up with leads generated through our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to convert inquiries into appointments.


Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Explain our hair transplant and hair treatment services to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations with doctors.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide complete information.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or lead management.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Ability to achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience in healthcare, beauty, or the clinic industry is an added advantage.
