Automation Engineer
Job Title: QA Automation Lead
Experience: 6+ Years
Job Description: • Lead QA automation initiatives and mentor team members • Analyze complex requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide quality feedback • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts • Work with CI/CD tools and infrastructure for continuous testing • Perform white-box and black-box testing in Agile environments • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality delivery • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation practices Required Skills: • 6+ years of experience in QA automation and framework development , including 3+ years in leadership roles • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Travis, or Jenkins • Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA methodologies • Experience with TestRail, Jira, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, or Testim • Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs • Experience with SQL databases ; familiarity with NoSQL is a plusExperience Level
