Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support employer branding and job posting activities.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree or pursuing/completed MBA (HR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
