Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Stack.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with application integration using APIs and low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Stack.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
