Power BI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and optimize complex DAX measures, data models, and semantic layers.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality through validations, reconciliations, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Drive AI adoption using Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, and other GenAI tools to improve productivity.
• Automate reporting, QC, documentation, and development activities using AI.
• Support Power BI integration with web applications and enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to analytics modernization and AI-driven delivery initiatives within MiPortal.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization.
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL and Data Warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and performance tuning.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI Embedded and API integrations.
• Python for automation and analytics.
• Experience in AI/GenAI solution development.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer analytics domains
• React.js and Node.js development experience.
