As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to document management platforms.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect Documentum with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and version control in collaborative environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Indore office.
