Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties:Safely transport staff, documents, and goods to and from specified locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Perform regular vehicle checks, including oil, water, brakes, and tire pressure, and arrange for servicing as required.
- Follow all traffic regulations and safety norms.
- Manage routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Office Support Duties:Assist with basic office maintenance tasks, such as arranging files, organizing supplies, and ensuring office cleanliness.
- Run errands, including collecting/delivering documents, parcels, or other items as required.
- Support the administrative team in photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Serve refreshments to staff and guests during meetings.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
