Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Strong understanding of storage architecture and data management principles.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving storage-related performance issues.
- Familiarity with storage provisioning, capacity planning, and backup solutions.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify potential problems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and their impact on storage systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
