Specialist System Engineer - Embedded Systems Development

About the team:

Team is working on Systems engineering according to the V-model including overall requirements management (ie transformation of customer requirements into internal requirements and cascading to appropriate disciplines), designing system architecture and system specification, leading functional safety development and compliance, system testing and assurance of regulatory approvals.

Your profile as Specialist:

• At least 5+ Years of experience in Embedded system /software development with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering. Electronics /Electrical/Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Automotive Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of automotive systems, architectures, and development processes, with hands-on experience in embedded systems and vehicle diagnostics.
• Requirement Management: Proficient in tools like IBM DOORS and Code beamer for capturing, managing, and validating system and software requirements.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering: Good understanding of MBSE methodologies and practical experience using UML/SysML tools such as Rhapsody and CAMEO for system modeling and design.
• Configuration & Change Management: Skilled in using PTC tools for managing configuration, version control, and change tracking across development cycles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Multitasking: Effective in managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Functional Safety & Cybersecurity: Solid grasp of ISO 26262 functional safety principles.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts aligned with ISO/SAE 21434.
• Debugging & Issue Resolution: Skilled in Open Point Analysis, debugging techniques, and resolving system-level issues efficiently.
• Function Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing automotive functions.
• Vehicle Communication Protocols: Hands-on experience with CAN, UDS, and Fault Management concepts
