Position: DTP Designer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
Department: Marketing & Creative
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented DTP Designer to support our creative and marketing teams by adapting, resizing, and preparing marketing assets for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of design software, brand guidelines, and artwork production while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all creatives.
- Key Responsibilities: Resize and adapt creative assets for various marketing channels.
- Create artwork for banners, posters, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and in-store branding.
- Modify existing designs by updating text, images, pricing, and promotional content.
- Prepare print-ready files following production specifications.
- Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver assets within timelines.
- Maintain and organize design files and templates.
- Support packaging artwork updates and other production-related creative requirements.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and print production.
- Experience in image editing, creative adaptation, and artwork preparation.
- Knowledge of color correction, print specifications, and file formats.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in a DTP, production design, or graphic design role.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, event management companies, retail, FMCG, or food & beverage brands is preferred.
