Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Toughened Glass Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all types of machinery used in the toughened glass production process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations and minimizing production downtime.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of tempering furnaces, cutting machines, edging machines, drilling machines, washing machines, compressors, and other production equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new machinery when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Recommend improvements to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
• Candidate RequirementsEducationITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field (preferred).
• ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Experience in a Toughened Glass Manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of industrial machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills are an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
