Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure the application meets business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of tasks, addresses challenges that arise during development, and ensures seamless integration of components to deliver a robust solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customization and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Competence in writing technical documentation and providing clear guidance to team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
