Job Summary
Provide production support and optimization for conversational AI systems ensuring high availability reliability and continuous improvement
Job Description
Monitor and support production AI systems to maintain high availability and reliability of conversational AI services Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AgentCore runtime APIs and orchestration layers including EKS Lambda and workflows Analyze AI responses and logs to detect failures in prompts workflows or integrations and implement corrective actions Perform prompt tuning and fine adjustments to enhance response quality intent detection and accuracy Support integration issues involving backend systems APIs and enterprise tools such as CRM knowledge bases and databases Collaborate with QA teams to validate fixes assist testing cycles and ensure stability after deployment Work with DevOps teams to manage CICD pipelines deployments and rollback strategies in production environments Ensure compliance with security governance and compliance standards including IAM encryption and guardrails Optimize system performance by improving latency scaling configurations and resource utilization Maintain observability through logs metrics and tracing tools to proactively detect and prevent production issues
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as part of the production support team handling L2L3 support for AI applications Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including AI DevOps QA and Product teams Participate in incident response defect triage and continuous improvement initiatives Support agile delivery processes and postrelease stabilization activities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services such as EKS Lambda Bedrock and DynamoDB Debug APIs and support backend integration efforts Apply knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model tuning to improve system effectiveness Utilize monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch and XRay to maintain system health Contribute to maintaining security and governance standards throughout production support workflows
