Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled L1 Field Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level (L1) technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
