Could you be the full-time Services Training Project Lead Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in delivering impactful training solutions that meet our customers’ needs and support the successful operation and maintenance of our railway systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Bid Managers, ISR Project Managers, Service Platform REF LIB Managers), engage with subcontractors for training activities, and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training materials and manuals.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and revising operation and maintenance manuals, but also organizing and conducting training sessions for our customers.
We’ll look to you for:
- Lead end‑to‑end bid management by analysing tender documents and identify technical, commercial & compliance requirements related to training domain.
- Oversee all the training project deliverables such as training management plan, training documentation, training deployment & execution plan.
- Conduct train operation & maintenance trainings for Indian and global customers at customer site.
- Lead all projects kick-off, gate reviews, execution strategy, and project planning.
- Track KPIs such as OTIF, project cash milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Manage process documents, checklists, open issue lists & feedback database.
- Conduct periodic project reviews with internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Prepare project dashboards, risk registers, cost, and customer reports.
- Evaluating customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve QCD.
- Drive internal global trainings by managing the training academy.
- Supporting the creation and revision of maintenance manuals (e.g., IPC, Maintenance Manual, Operation Manual)

- Engineering University Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Rolling stock O&M environment with exposure to training methodology
- Understanding of railway technical knowledge, particularly in operation and maintainability aspects
- Experience in train operation & maintenance
- Willingness to travel within India and outside India with short notices
- Fluency in English and regional Indian languages
- Team leadership abilities
