Job Description

Service & Operations Manager

- Manage and oversee service and operational activities within a banking branch. - Ensure smooth branch operations aligned with banking standards and policies. - Coordinate between different teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. - Handle branch-level issues related to service delivery and operations. - Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements in daily branch functions. - Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational workflows. - Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans at the branch level. - Drive performance metrics and ensure achievement of branch targets. - Support staff training and development related to service and operations. - Act as a key point of contact for escalations and operational challenges within the branch.
