Good to have skills : VMWare Cloud Administration

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of applications across various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires managing cloud adoption strategies, ensuring seamless integration of cloud applications, and continuously monitoring cloud platforms to maintain optimal performance and reliability. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating with multiple teams to align cloud architecture with organizational goals and to support evolving business needs through innovative cloud solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform efficiency and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare vCloud Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with VMWare Cloud Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and deployment models.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud services and automation of cloud operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMWare vCloud Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
