Job Description
1. Receiving the previous day discharged Medical Records of the In-patient after verifying with the discharge list issued by the reception in the absence of the MRD Executive.
2. Verification of the previous day Admission patients with admission list from the reception, & Ward and tally the census.
3. Preparing Discharge Summary as per doctor’s dictation.
4. To ensure the issuance of Discharge Summary to the patients while discharge to home.
5. To issue Discharge summary for the purpose of Enhancement of the company patients.
6. Providing Medical Records to the Admin staffs / Superiors / Billing whenever required and getting back after their necessity with proper issuing record.
7. Strictly maintain patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
8. Filing of the Medical Records as per the UHID and medical coding.
9. Follow appropriate Quality Indicators.
10. Maintenance of Registers.
