Deputy Manager - E&E STA
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own STA activities for wiper motor and electrical proprietary parts
- Ensure process robustness, FTG and E‑PPAP deployment
- Drive issue resolution during validation and production trials
- Validate performance, durability and capacity readiness
- Coordinate with E&E engineering, validation and manufacturing
- Support supplier technical audits and readiness reviews
- Ensure SOP‑ready quality and volume delivery
