- Client Retention & Growth: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key accounts to boost brand loyalty and decrease churn.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client goals and preferences to recommend tailored solutions, products, or services.
- Sales & Cross-selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue and meet sales targets.
