Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Life & Parenting Coach

Location: Gandhinagar (Hybrid/On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role


We are looking for a proactive, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant who can manage day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and coordination, allowing the coach to focus on coaching, training, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support


* Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.

* Schedule coaching sessions, workshops, and events.

* Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.

* Organize files, documents, and reports.


Client Management


* Coordinate with coaching clients.

* Send reminders and follow-up messages.

* Maintain client database and records.

* Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.


Social Media & Content Support


* Coordinate with designers and video editors.

* Upload and schedule social media posts.

* Manage content calendar.

* Reply to basic social media inquiries.


Event & Workshop Coordination


* Manage registrations.

* Coordinate venue, vendors, and participants.

* Prepare presentations and training materials.

* Ensure smooth execution of workshops.


Business Operations


* Track daily tasks and priorities.

* Prepare meeting notes and action items.

* Coordinate with team members and vendors.

* Maintain expense records and invoices.


Personal Assistance


* Manage travel bookings.

* Handle personal appointments when required.

* Assist in planning daily routines.

* Keep track of important deadlines.


Required Skills


* Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI tools (preferred)

* Basic social media management skills

* Attention to detail and confidentiality


Qualifications


* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (preferred).

* Freshers with exceptional organizational skills may also apply.
